Who we are

Iron Village (and the Iron Village Demo) is created and owned by Lunar Chippy Games LLC, a Limited Liability Company based in Littleton, Massachusetts in the United States of America.

Data Collection

The Iron Village game and its associated Iron Village Demo allow you to save game data to your device. This data is not shared with us, and remains on your device.

If you have opted in to sharing usage and diagnostics data on Google Play, logs from the Android app containing in-game activity may be stored and visible to us via the Google Play Console. This data will not be copied, moved, or shared by us from the Google Play Console, and is fully governed by Google Play’s own privacy policy.

Feedback

The Feedback button links to the Contact page on this website. Entering and submitting information here will send us an email with that information, much like sending an email through any other program or website. You may of course request that we delete any of this information, which we will do unless otherwise required by law.

Discord

The Discord button links to our Discord “server” where you are able to chat with other users interested in our games. Data here is controlled by Discord Inc. and subject to their privacy policy (https://discord.com/privacy).

Wishlist! (Windows, MacOS, and Linux Demos Only)

The Wishlist! button only appears on Windows, MacOS, and Linux (non-Android) Demo builds. This simply links to our page on Steam (https://store.steampowered.com/app/3011060/Iron_Village/), where usage is governed by Valve Inc.’s Privacy Policy (https://store.steampowered.com/privacy_agreement/?snr=1_44_44_).

Who we share your data with

Apart from the above cases where you may separately agree to share data with a third party, we will not share your personal data. (This does not apply if we are legally required to share it.)

How long we retain your data

We do not retain any data from Iron Village ourselves. Any data shared outside of Iron Village is covered by the website’s own Privacy Policy (https://lunarchippy.games/privacy-policy/).
